Get Lost!

What about Gaza? Does it make sense to make plans about rebuilding the strip in the foreseeable future? The above is a fantasy of Netanjahu’s, AI generated. “A massive free trade zone with rail service to NEOM”, the Saudi Arabian fantasy project in the desert. Netanjahu’s Gaza is not too different from Donald Trump’s shameless and vulgar “vision” of “Trump Gaza”.

It is now clear that Trump was sent a paper by George Washington University Professor Joseph Pelzman of 2024, which outlines the complete destruction of Gaza and rebuilding it from scratch. Was that a cart blanche for Israel to more or less nuke the strip?

What about the Palestinians? Although the so-called Gaza Phoenix plan, or attempts by neighboring Arab states to consider the people who still live there when rebuilding their city, realistically, they won’t play a role in future, futuristic, Gaza. A plan for the post-war redevelopment of Gaza being considered by Donald Trump’s administration would see the region’s Palestinian population paid $5,000 to leave “voluntarily,” according to a report.

As Trump has apparently lost any interest in the main task of his so called Peace Board, UN Security Council endorsed, i.e. being mainly involved in the resolution of the Gaza conflict (a genocide), he has now greater ambitions with this objectionable assembly of autocrats. There should be PEACE everywhere!

This Peace Board will anyway long be dead before Gaza’s reconstruction can even begin. UN estimates put the amount of rubble in Gaza at around 60 million tons. UN and UNRWA anticipate that clearing it will take 15 to 20 years, assuming, for example, 100 truckloads per day. Under ideal conditions, it might be possible to do it faster. However, the situation is complicated by countless unexploded bombs, hazardous materials like asbestos, human remains, a lack of roads, and much more.

Who wants to vegetate within the rubble for decades? So, the Palestinians have to leave. Across the border, into the Sinai!
