With new progressive developments such as Google Glass users may surrender to total surveillance soon, given the disturbing news that Google and the NSA seem to be more or less one and the same. And the NSA is right now working on remarkable capabilities, see here. Will freedom of thought will ultimately vanish? Maybe not so fast.
